excellent location close enough to restaurants and cafes, and la condesa, and the room was beautiful. they provided us with a safe, multi-channel tv, and a mini-fridge-bar, greatly enjoyed that. having walk-in showers was great. for safety measures it had smoke detectors.

I really enjoyed staying at this place as a convenient base for exploring the city.

i loved it, will be back.

Location and rooms of the apartment were perfect, I felt safe. I loved climate control, a private safe and flat-screen TV, it was enough. The bathroom with walk-in showers was a bonus. The location was peaceful merely 5 minutes' stroll from La Condesa.

Staff was attentive, respectful, and always smiling. the apartments are beautifully designed, well-equipped, and spacious. the location is great, in a charming corner with lots of dining options. A light buffet breakfast served outside is a nice touch.

We also enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning, although the coffee could have been better. But that was a minor thing, considering the overall wonderful experience. We highly recommend Casa Cleo for anyone visiting the city. I would definitely choose this hotel for my next trip.

The hotel is located in a central area, away from the hustle and bustle. Guests mentioned that the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the bathroom was large, with beautiful tiles and great shower amenities. Some rooms even had a fully stocked kitchen and a record player with records. the hotel also had a common room for yoga or stretching.

The breakfast provided was not substantial, and some items were not consistently replenished. Some guests also had issues with the pricing, with unexpected charges and discrepancies in currency conversion.

Strong perfume smell in common areas.

We had such a great time at Casa Cleo! The room was huge and it felt like our own apartment. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were super friendly and attentive.
